Key Account Manager – FMCG (Home & Personal Care)

About the role

Persán, a multinational leader in home and personal care products, is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth with its strategic accounts. You will own the full P&L for your portfolio and shape commercial plans that align with the company’s policy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and execution of annual commercial plans with assigned key accounts.
• Take full P&L responsibility, optimizing profitability and managing trade spending, promotions and tariffs.
• Design, implement and monitor promotional calendars and trade‑marketing activities to boost sales volume and market share.
• Identify and prospect new partners to expand the account base.
• Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis, tracking category trends to adapt strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering or similar.
• Master’s degree in Sales, Commercial Management or Marketing is a plus.
• 3–4 years of FMCG experience as a Key Account Manager.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic vision.
