Key Account Manager

About the role

Barceló Group is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive revenue and market share for its hotels in the Ibiza region. You will work closely with the Regional Commercial Director and the Channel Manager to develop and execute marketing and pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing plans and rate structures under the supervision of the Regional Commercial Director.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to increase market share and hotel positioning.
• Monitor offers, tactical actions, occupancy targets and average daily rate (ADR) performance.
• Organise fam‑trips and visits for inbound agencies, and report commercial insights using the CRM system.
• Manage revenue across all distribution channels, supervising inventory updates and pricing strategies to maximise RevPAR.
• Maintain accurate hotel content (descriptions, photos, technical sheets) for tour operators and internal brochures.
• Participate in sales blitz events when required.

Required profile

• University degree; postgraduate studies in commercial management are a plus.
• Fluent in English; German or French is desirable.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities combined with operational commercial experience.
