Key Account Manager – Omnichannel, Iberia

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to drive sustainable growth across Spain and Portugal. Based in Madrid, you will work within the Iberian Key Account Management team, collaborating with marketing, digital, forecasting, operations and customer development colleagues. The role combines commercial strategy, relationship management and cross‑functional execution to create value for customers, consumers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key retail partners, both online and offline.
• Build and execute commercial plans that deliver mutual growth and profitable P&L performance.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and create win‑win solutions with customers.
• Support omnichannel growth across physical retail and e‑commerce environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent execution of initiatives.
• Travel occasionally within Iberia and Europe as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector, preferably with e‑commerce or omnichannel retail customers.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with a track record of delivering profitable results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective negotiation and organisational skills.
• Fluent Spanish and strong business‑level English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
