Knowledge Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and detail‑oriented Knowledge Operations Specialist to join Zurich’s multinational Business Transformation team in Barcelona. You will manage, refine and ensure the integrity of data sets that support our global insurance operations, collaborating with stakeholders across more than 200 territories.

Key responsibilities

• Support collection, review and completion of General and Wording Capabilities data across products for Zurich’s global network.
• Review submitted data for completeness, consistency and accuracy, maintaining an audit trail of updates.
• Foster collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders across countries and central functions.
• Maintain engagement with underwriting and project teams to finalize technical content and ensure data aligns with standards.
• Assist the launch of new propositions by setting up and maintaining reference systems reflecting updated global wording.
• Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and supporting analysis.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, operations, data management, finance or a related field; multinational exposure is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Finance, Data Science, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
• Interest in structured data, data quality and understanding end‑to‑end data flows.
