Lease Manager

About the role

You will be responsible for managing H&M Group's store portfolio in your market, securing optimal locations and lease agreements that drive sustainable growth for all brands. The role combines strategic planning, commercial analysis, and negotiation to ensure the portfolio remains competitive and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an up‑to‑date roadmap for each brand to enable growth.
• Ensure the store portfolio is commercially competitive and delivers superior customer experience compared to local competition.
• Set ambitious targets for each lease deal based on location strength and negotiate using H&M’s principles.
• Complete due‑diligence reports on landlords to vet business partners.
• Negotiate lease actions for existing stores based on performance and condition analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or real estate.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong financial understanding, business acumen, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
