About the role

UVic-UCC, a dynamic university in Central Catalonia, is seeking a Lecturer to join the Faculty of Business and Communication Studies. The position involves teaching the introductory course on Global Studies for the 2026‑2027 academic year.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 6 ECTS of instruction for the course "Introduction to Global Studies".
• Present the syllabus from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
• Engage students in critical analysis of global processes and trends.
• Contribute to the academic community through participation in departmental activities.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Social Sciences or Humanities.
• Recognition of qualifications according to Spanish Royal Decree 889/2022 (Spanish degree or foreign degree with declaration of equivalence).
• Ability to teach in English and explain complex concepts clearly.
