Legal Consultant – Renewable Energy (Seville)

About the role

Quintas Advisory is seeking a Legal Consultant to join its Advisory Team in Seville. You will work on renewable energy projects, providing legal and commercial analysis across the project lifecycle, from development to operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess solutions from a legal‑commercial perspective.
• Manage projects, ensuring quality, schedule, cost control and strategic alignment.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities in Spain, the UK and Italy and handle permitting and planning processes.
• Produce reports and client deliverables, including regulatory analysis.
• Share knowledge across the portfolio and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment, preferably in renewable energy (solar and BESS).
• Fluent business‑level English and Spanish; additional European languages (especially Italian) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, presentation and reporting abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to work collaboratively in a changing environment.

Required skills

• Legal and regulatory analysis of renewable‑energy assets.
• Due‑diligence processes for energy projects.
• Drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M and PPA contracts.
• Regulatory liaison and permitting management across Spain, the UK and Italy.
