Legal Counsel – AI‑Driven Real Estate Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our fast‑growing, international real‑estate development company in Spain. The role blends traditional legal work with AI‑driven efficiency, supporting high‑value transactions and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts in Spanish and English, collaborating closely with the General Counsel.
• Support real‑estate acquisitions, sales, and due‑diligence processes.
• Redesign and accelerate legal workflows by integrating AI tools such as Claude, Claude Legal, and ChatGPT.
• Liaise with external lawyers, notaries and public authorities.

Required profile

• Law degree from a Spanish university (Grado en Derecho or equivalent); bar admission is a plus.
• 5–10 years of legal experience, preferably in real‑estate or corporate law.
• Native or near‑native Spanish and fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to improve speed and accuracy of legal work.
• Strong drafting, analytical and organisational abilities; able to work independently and commercially.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI platforms such as Claude, Claude Legal and ChatGPT.
