Legal Counsel – Commercial General

About the role

Fever is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to support its worldwide operations, focusing on product compliance and consumer matters. Reporting to the Lead Counsel, you will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping the company scale its entertainment platform globally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support across all business lines and products, aligned with the company’s legal strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to prioritize and manage complex legal reviews.
• Draft, review, and negotiate B2B and B2C commercial contracts, production agreements, and terms & conditions.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, guides, and knowledge‑base documents.
• Prioritize work based on company strategy and objectives, ensuring timely delivery.
