Legal Counsel – Commercial & International Contracts

About the role

SanLucar is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its multidisciplinary legal team. You will support the Group’s operations both nationally and internationally, ensuring legal compliance across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support to departments such as branding, R&D, logistics, commercial, and quality, as well as to subsidiaries.
• Monitor and support day‑to‑day projects at national and international level.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents between group companies and third parties.
• Coordinate with external consultants and advisors.
• Ensure all activities meet safety and product‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a graduate lawyer in a law firm or similar environment, focusing on commercial law and international contracts.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages (French, German) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law (mandatory).
• Experience in fast‑moving consumer goods or fruit & vegetables sector is advantageous.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel when required.
