Legal Counsel (Corporate & Commercial)

About the role

Amusnet is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its fast‑growing gaming business in Madrid. You will ensure legal compliance across a range of commercial activities, from contract drafting to regulatory research, while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate agreements with clients, service providers, and partners.
• Handle corporate, intellectual property, KYC/AML, data protection, IT, and labour law matters.
• Research domestic and foreign legal issues, assess risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Work closely with various departments to align legal advice with business objectives.
• Build and maintain internal legal databases and documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (foreign qualification is a plus).
• Fluency in legal and business English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sole practitioner, in‑house counsel, or associate in a full‑service law firm.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, tax, and administrative law.
• Strong analytical, writing, and business‑acumen skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and effective team player.
