Legal Counsel – FinTech & iGaming

About the role

We are expanding our global tech group in Valencia and need a proactive Legal Counsel to support commercial and corporate operations across FinTech, iGaming and marketing sectors. You will work closely with product, finance and marketing teams, ensuring contracts and regulatory matters are handled swiftly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review a wide range of agreements, including marketing, license, SPA and terms & conditions.
• Negotiate contracts for technology platforms, payment solutions, banking partners and B2B integrations.
• Lead complex contract negotiations from start to finalisation.
• Conduct legal research and manage relationships with external counsel.
• Provide advice on data protection, privacy and compliance matters.
• Support corporate governance using knowledge of Cyprus company law and international procedures.
• Act as the primary legal contact for internal departments, delivering practical business‑focused guidance.

Required profile

• Law degree, preferably from a common‑law jurisdiction.
• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience in a commercial environment.
• Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
• Native or professional‑level English (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to propose solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, “launch fast” culture.
