Legal Counsel – International Commercial & Regulatory

About the role

Prosegur Change Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Global Legal Department in Madrid. The role supports both the ChangeGroup international business and Prosegur Cash’s strategic initiatives, offering exposure to commercial, corporate, regulatory and strategic legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as concession, lease and strategic contracts.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to international business teams and coordinate external counsel in various countries.
• Support corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Manage licensing processes, monitor regulatory developments and assist the business in implementing compliance requirements.
• Participate in strategic projects, business transformations, partnerships and market expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a reputable law firm or an international in‑house legal department.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with senior management.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
