Legal Counsel – Nordic Markets

About the role

Fever is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its worldwide operations with a focus on the Nordic region. Reporting to the Lead Counsel, you will provide proactive legal advice, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and help ensure compliance with local laws as the company expands regionally.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt the company’s legal strategy to the business needs of the Nordics and provide general legal support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to manage corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation matters.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases by preparing templates and legal guides.

Required profile

• Bar‑qualified European lawyer with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
• Background in top‑tier law firms or in‑house counsel at a large multinational.
• Fluent in English and French or German; additional language is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex legal issues into commercial outcomes.
• Effective communicator with high emotional intelligence.
