Legal Counsel (Nordics Qualified)

About the role

Fever is looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to support its worldwide operations with a focus on the Nordic region. Reporting to the Lead Counsel, you will provide day‑to‑day legal advice, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and help drive the company’s ambitious regional expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt the company’s legal strategy to the business needs of the Nordics.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation support.
• Monitor legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external counsel to prioritize and manage complex legal matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, guides and knowledge bases.
• Align work priorities with company strategy and objectives.
• Support the upskilling and growth of fellow team members.

Required profile

• Barred or practising European lawyer with 4+ years post‑qualification experience in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
• Background in a top‑tier law firm or in‑house role at a large multinational.
• Fluent English; French or German also required, with any additional language a strong plus.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude and effective communication skills, including emotional intelligence.
