Legal Tender Specialist

About the role

Fujifilm Spain is looking for a Legal Tender Specialist to join its Legal Department in Alcobendas. The role focuses on managing public procurement processes from tender publication through contract award and performance, supporting both public and private sector engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with public and private bodies throughout the tender lifecycle, from publication to contract award and execution.
• Handle and respond to procurement requests and maintain ongoing communication with bidders.
• Manage guarantees and analyse commercial contracts.
• Coordinate resources with external consultants to ensure smooth contract performance.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in public procurement management.
• Deep knowledge of administrative regulations such as LRJSP, LPAC, and LCSP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector and previous project experience are a plus.
