Level 2 End User Support Specialist – Malaga

About the role

We are looking for a Level 2 End User Support Specialist to join a world‑class IT services provider in Malaga. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end ticket handling, maintaining endpoint and workplace technologies, and supporting both internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own support tickets from intake through resolution within the defined service‑desk model.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and configure Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints.
• Manage mobile devices using a Mobile Device Management solution, preferably ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Execute joiner, mover, leaver (JML) activities in line with SLA commitments.
• Support meeting‑room and other workplace technology across multiple office locations.
• Participate in projects aimed at process improvement, scripting, automation and workflow optimisation.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and clear communication to end users.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT support role (Level 2 or Level 1 with exposure to advanced support).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems; Linux experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Mobile Device Management, ideally ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Proven ability to take ownership of issues and deliver consistent, high‑level support.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range €35,000 – €40,000 per annum.
• Permanent contract with full onsite work in Malaga.
