About the role
Join the NH90 Industry Organization in Albacete, supporting the Spanish prototype program. Reporting to the Head of Operational Control and the Program Variant Manager, you will ensure timely delivery and industrial readiness of the helicopter.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate all operations required to deliver the NH90 prototype, including conflict resolution and priority setting.
- Implement and track the production plan, provide recovery plans, and report progress to the TRT Steering committee.
- Define and monitor industrial KPIs, contribute to improvement plans, and support experimental aircraft configuration work.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and resource management, preferably in an aerospace or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies, financial basics, and core scheduling principles.
- Ability to work autonomously, anticipate risks, and communicate effectively across international, multidisciplinary teams.
