Logistic Assistant I

About the role

We are looking for a Logistic Assistant I to support our inventory, inbound and outbound processes, ensuring materials and equipment are available for production and delivery. The role involves coordinating orders, handling stock, and maintaining accurate logistics records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stock control, place re‑orders, register materials in databases, and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate inbound goods, verify quantity, condition and completeness, label and store items in the correct locations.
• Process internal and external orders, pick, pack and distribute materials, either independently or with warehouse staff.
• Prepare outbound shipments, generate dispatch documents, and support vehicle routing and scheduling.
• Maintain logistics administration in relevant systems, record hours, generate reports and ensure master data quality.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Monitor logistics processes, benchmark performance and suggest continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify bottlenecks in logistics processes.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and supply‑chain principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using logistics or inventory management software.
• Ability to generate and handle shipping documentation.
