About the role
The Logistics Administrator supports the Logistics Manager by handling inbound and outbound product flows, ensuring accurate reception, conditioning, and stock placement of finished products (FP) and repairs. The role is essential for maintaining compliance with internal brand rules and Spanish regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows in SAP Gemini, including reception of deliveries from suppliers and carriers.
- Verify parcel contents against packing lists and invoices, set arrival flags in the ERP system, and raise claims for discrepancies.
- Coordinate with carrier customer service via email and phone to resolve transport incidents.
- Prepare jewellery for hallmarking, cross‑checking picking lists with physical items as required by Spanish law.
- Organise special transport services (e.g., Ferrari, Prosegur, Loomis) for photo shoots and events.
- Maintain monthly stock overviews, conduct inventory, and communicate differences or claims to brand teams.
- Wrap corporate gifts and manage engraving/embossing for Richemont brands.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of logistics experience, preferably in the retail sector.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
- Proactive, dynamic, and flexible with strong learning capacity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
