Logistics Director

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Logistics Director to lead and optimise our logistics, warehouse, inventory and distribution functions. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational execution, ensuring seamless movement of goods across our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, inventory control and distribution.
• Develop and implement logistics and supply‑chain strategies to boost efficiency, scalability and cost optimisation.
• Manage relationships with transport providers, suppliers and external logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, customs requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop the logistics team while establishing efficient processes.
• Collaborate with purchasing, retail, e‑commerce and operations teams to support smooth business operations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancements and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Logistics Director, Senior Logistics Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Extensive background in logistics, supply‑chain management, warehousing and inventory operations.
• Higher education in Logistics, Supply‑Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong experience in international logistics, imports/exports and distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in logistics software.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of operational reporting tools.
