Logistics Junior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Junior Specialist to join the Logistics Department at Camper’s headquarters in Mallorca. The role supports daily warehouse operations, data management and cost control in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and manage logistics data in the ERP/WMS, including delivery creation, inventory adjustments and traceability events.
• Ensure stock accuracy between the warehouse WMS and ERP, monitoring and correcting discrepancies.
• Track daily delivery creation and returns processing, guaranteeing warehouse preparation within SLA.
• Coordinate incident resolution with the warehouse and other departments.
• Manage and control costs related to warehouse services.
• Communicate demand and production plans to secure required warehouse capacity.
• Prepare management reports, shipping statistics and KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Higher degree in Logistics and Transport, Administration and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
• Residence in Mallorca.
• Analytical mindset, service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Positive energy and constructive attitude in challenging situations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and transport management tools.
