Logistics Manager – Valencia, Spain

About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead the planning and execution of both international and local logistics solutions for HVAC products and accessories. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures efficient supply chain operations while maintaining compliance with Spanish customs and transportation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute international and local logistics solutions for HVAC products.
• Coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and third‑party logistics providers.
• Optimize logistics and supply‑chain processes to reduce transportation and warehousing costs.
• Supervise import and export operations, ensuring compliance with Spanish customs and related regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Oversee third‑party logistics partners and internal logistics team, monitoring shipment progress and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Establish logistics KPI metrics and regularly report performance to management.
• Analyze logistics data and implement improvement plans to increase efficiency and cut costs.
• Lead response to abnormal orders, delivery delays, and emergency logistics issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, including at least 3 years in logistics management.
• Experience in home appliances, consumer goods, HVAC, or related industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with international trade rules, import/export procedures, customs operations, and the Spanish logistics environment.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and third‑party logistics providers.
• Fluent English communication; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Strong project‑management, data‑analysis, problem‑solving, and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
