About the role
As a Logistics Officer at Bluestone, you will be responsible for managing daily logistics operations at the European distribution hub in Valencia. You will coordinate imports, exports and intra‑Europe transport while acting as the operational link between internal teams, warehouses and logistics providers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day logistics for the EU division, covering inbound, outbound and intercompany flows.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation and back‑office logistics processes with accuracy.
- Serve as the main interface with warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and rapid issue resolution.
- Monitor transport performance, delivery timelines, stock movements and operational incidents.
- Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies and process gaps, proposing and driving improvements.
- Support optimisation of logistics procedures to boost productivity, service level and profitability.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, transport documentation and operational data.
- Collaborate with the broader supply‑chain team to improve communication flows and overall efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the capacity to detect inefficiencies and suggest enhancements.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- Experience in coordinating import, export and intra‑EU logistics operations.
