Logistics Operations Coordinator

About the role

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator at Zoco Home, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of products from suppliers to warehouses, stores, project sites, and customers. You will work in a fast‑growing Mediterranean lifestyle brand, helping to shape and improve its supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international logistics operations.
• Manage transport providers, warehouses, and delivery partners.
• Plan, monitor, and optimise inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure daily deliveries meet OTIF targets and resolve transport issues promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, customer service, warehouse and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate logistics data and ERP records.
• Support inventory flow, warehouse efficiency and continuous operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, transport or supply‑chain operations.
• Background as a Logistics Coordinator, Supervisor, Supply‑Chain Coordinator or Manager.
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing and logistics processes.
• Ability to manage logistics KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with ownership attitude.
• Valid driving licence.
• Based in the Málaga region.
