Logistics Project Manager – Automotive

About the role

As a Logistics Project Manager – Automotive at Lumibit, you will own the end‑to‑end part supply process for test‑vehicle programs. You will ensure the right components reach the right location exactly when needed, bridging logistics, automotive engineering, and digital automation.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate part provisioning flows, managing delivery processes for vehicle components.
• Coordinate special provisioning operations with warehouses and platform teams.
• Monitor delivery against milestones, escalating early to prevent test‑blocking gaps.
• Identify manual tracking steps and work with developers to automate them, reducing error‑prone handoffs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in automotive logistics, supply‑chain coordination, or parts provisioning.
• Familiarity with SAP‑based ordering systems.
• Proven ability to track and coordinate delivery processes.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of agile working methods and digital‑first tooling.
• Structured, reliable, and calm under deadline pressure.
• Strong communication skills across technical, logistics, and business stakeholders.
• Hands‑on mentality with a focus on end‑to‑end ownership.
