Logistics & Quality Specialist

About the role

Enfinity Global is seeking a Logistics & Quality Specialist to coordinate manufacturing, transportation, and third‑party quality activities across its renewable energy projects. The role ensures that production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines are aligned and executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning with manufacturing partners and monitor progress, capacity constraints, and critical milestones.
• Serve as the primary interface with factories for production readiness, change management, and issue resolution.
• Plan and manage inbound and outbound transportation, including road, sea, and rail, while overseeing Incoterms compliance, customs clearance and site delivery constraints.
• Manage third‑party inspection, testing and certification providers, handling factory acceptance and pre‑shipment inspections.
• Select, coordinate and monitor third‑party logistics and transport service providers, ensuring safety, insurance and service‑level compliance.
• Track logistics KPIs such as on‑time delivery, damage rate and response time, and handle escalations with transport providers.
• Provide regular status reporting to manufacturing, logistics, quality and project teams, identifying risks and corrective actions.
