Logistics Scheduler – Intra‑Week Volume Planning

About the role

We are looking for a junior Logistics Scheduler to support intra‑week volume and capacity planning across the EU. The role ensures accurate, cost‑effective routing of tens of thousands of packages while maintaining Amazon’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily same‑day or next‑day volume and capacity planning, sequence delivery routes and monitor flow of packages at EU level.
• Maintain planning accuracy, cost control and customer experience, meeting regulatory service deadlines.
• Develop best‑practice procedures and standard work for the network.
• Communicate proactively with cross‑functional teams, resolve issues affecting business continuity.
• Conduct research on process‑improvement initiatives and make real‑time decisions.
• Maintain and report up‑to‑date statistics, management reports and analysis.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience working with data and analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional, EU‑wide environment.
