Logistics Scheduler

About the role

Join Amazon’s logistics team and help manage one of the world’s most complex transportation networks. As a Logistics Scheduler you will coordinate night‑shift forecasts, launch container plans for AMZL sites and ensure smooth flow of tens of thousands of packages across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Night Shift Forecast for D0 Operations and launch container plans for AMZL sites.
• Monitor volume flow, maintain planning accuracy, control cost and protect customer experience.
• Develop best‑practice standards and ensure regulatory service deadlines are met.
• Communicate with multiple departments, resolve issues impacting business continuity.
• Research process‑improvement initiatives and make real‑time strategic decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date statistics, management reports and analysis.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR B2/C1).
• Experience in analytical tasks or data‑driven projects.
• Proven ability to work with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders is a plus.
• Previous exposure to transportation or logistics environments is preferred.
