Logistics Scheduler (Night Shift)

About the role

As a Logistics Scheduler you will help Amazon manage one of the world’s most complex transportation networks. You will work on night‑shift forecasts, launch container plans for Amazon Logistics sites, and monitor the flow of tens of thousands of packages across Europe, ensuring planning accuracy, cost efficiency, and a top‑notch customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Night Shift Forecast for D0 Operations.
• Launch and monitor container plans for Amazon Logistics sites, affecting EU‑wide package volumes.
• Maintain planning accuracy, cost control, and compliance with regulatory service deadlines.
• Develop best‑practice documentation and standard work for the network.
• Communicate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues impacting business continuity.
• Research process‑improvement initiatives and make real‑time strategic decisions.
• Produce up‑to‑date statistics, management reports, and analysis.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR B2/C1).
• Experience in analytical tasks or data‑driven projects.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Background in transportation, logistics, or supply‑chain operations (preferred).
