Luxury Reservation Consultant – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join Accor’s Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona as a Luxury Reservation Consultant. You will guide guests through authentic, unscripted conversations, recommending and booking rooms and suites across our worldwide luxury hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in a creative, heart‑focused environment.
• Book global travel experiences and luxury accommodations for guests.
• Share in‑depth knowledge of luxury properties to help guests choose the right room and package.
• Maintain high standards of service while handling multiple reservations simultaneously.

Required profile

• Education or work experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
• Experience in luxury travel is an asset.
• Native‑level literary Arabic and English fluency (C1).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer‑service principles.
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, accountability, and curiosity for self‑development.
• Respectful, collaborative attitude in a multicultural environment.
• Passion for travel and hospitality.
