Luxury Reservation Consultant – French Speaker

About the role

Join Accor’s Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona as a Luxury Reservation Consultant. You will handle inbound calls from guests worldwide, using your passion for luxury hospitality and sales expertise to recommend and book rooms and suites across Accor’s premium hotel brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound reservation calls in an unscripted, conversational environment.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on rooms, suites, and packages that match guest preferences.
• Book and confirm luxury hotel stays, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
• Drive bookings and maximize revenue by understanding guest needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Accor’s luxury properties and global destinations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about luxury hospitality and sales.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage guests authentically.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
