Luxury Reservation Consultant (French Speakers)

About the role

Accor's Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona is hiring a Luxury Reservation Consultant who speaks French. You will join an international team that helps guests book reservations for luxury hotels around the world, sharing your knowledge of the properties and having authentic conversations with guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in an unscripted environment, acting as the link between Accor and its guests
• Have authentic conversations while booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations
• Share your knowledge and passion for hospitality, making thoughtful recommendations so guests choose the right room and package

Required profile

• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality or tourism; luxury travel experience is a plus
• Native or near-native French and fluent English (C1-C2)
• Currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain
• Availability to start in January or February 2027

Required skills

• Comfortable with computers and new software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of service principles and best practices
