Luxury Sales Advisor – Boutique (Madrid)

About the role

Damiani, one of Italy's most prestigious luxury jewellery houses, is seeking a passionate Sales Advisor for its boutique in Galería Canalejas, Madrid. You will deliver an exceptional, personalised experience to an international clientele, representing the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high‑standard, personalised luxury service to every client.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international customers through proactive clienteling and CRM activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPI objectives.
• Present and sell Damiani fine jewellery and luxury timepieces, communicating product expertise.
• Identify client needs and offer tailored recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Support after‑sales service and follow‑up to ensure long‑term client satisfaction.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards and ensure product presentation follows brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, stock organisation and overall boutique operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably fine jewellery, high‑end watches or luxury fashion.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong clienteling abilities with high‑net‑worth and international clients.
• Passion for luxury, craftsmanship and exceptional service.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Italian, Arabic, Mandarin, French or Russian are a plus.
