Luxury Travel Consultant (German Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Luxury Travel Consultant who will serve premium card‑holders in German and English. The role involves providing first‑class advice, creating bespoke itineraries and handling all aspects of luxury travel bookings for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise premium customers by phone and email in German and English.
• Handle enquiries from quote preparation to invoicing.
• Make bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies using GDS systems.
• Prepare bespoke quotes, travel documents and detailed itineraries.
• Recommend and arrange exclusive travel experiences, gastronomy and events.
• Promote special promotions and exclusive offers to clients.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (C2 level); additional French or Italian is a plus.
• University degree or equivalent, preferably in tourism.
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, preferably with a tour operator or travel agency.
• Strong knowledge of destinations and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events and culture.
• Service‑oriented attitude with flexibility to work 80 % minimum and a rotating weekend schedule.
