- Govern work order planning, scheduling and allocation across maintenance teams and contractors, with documented labour, materials, standard time, permits, safety controls, tooling and instructions.
- Prioritise the maintenance backlog by asset criticality, operational risk, service levels, availability, cost and local constraints.
- Build maintenance OPEX budgets and rolling forecasts, supporting right-part, right-time availability.
- Use CMMS or ERP systems and analytics to monitor work control, plan adherence and scheduling performance, and partner with terminal and regional stakeholders on process improvement.
Required profile
- Hands-on maintenance planning and scheduling experience in a heavy-asset environment such as ports, terminals, utilities or heavy industry.
- Supervisory experience leading maintenance technicians and/or planners, coordinating across operations, inventory, procurement and contractors.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, civil and/or hydraulic disciplines, plus lifecycle planning, work scoping, demand planning, forecasting and risk-based prioritisation.
- Fluent Spanish and effective English, the corporate language.
Required skills
- CMMS or EAM platforms such as SAP, IFS, Maximo or Infor EAM.
