Maintenance Technician – Industrial Facilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and safety of our industrial facilities. You will lead preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities across electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on machinery and plant equipment.
• Oversee the condition of electrical, hydraulic and structural systems, including interior and exterior areas.
• Install, configure and commission new equipment.
• Track, report and analyse departmental KPIs.
• Maintain doors, loading ramps, fire extinguishers and other safety devices.
• Detect and resolve equipment failures quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance actions, parts replaced and repair times.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialised repairs and manage spare‑part inventory.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, request quotes and propose technical improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety, environmental regulations and 5S standards.

Required profile

• Technical education or training in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical fields.
• 5+ years of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance, team and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing and automation.
• Experience planning and executing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Proficiency in managing KPIs, cost control and interpreting technical drawings, manuals and diagrams.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and safety/quality regulations.
• Ability to motivate teams, prioritize tasks and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• English proficiency at C1 level and a valid Forklift License.
