Managed Services Manager Spain

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Managed Services Manager in Las Rozas, Spain. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner or customer office. It is responsible for customer relationship management and the delivery of services described in the Statement of Work (SOW), acting as an IT management partner integrated into the customer's IT structure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the overall service solution and act as the customer's single point of contact and advocate within HPE
• Set overall goals and develop action plans, coordinating service activities, event management, process flows and administration
• Keep the customer informed about outages, critical events, support activities, milestones and decisions
• Manage resources and business activities in line with the annual plan, and escalate and resolve customer issues
• Ensure the service is delivered in line with the SOW and conduct quarterly service reviews with the customer
• Work with internal HPE teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field
• At least 8 years of experience in account management
• Customer-centric account management focus, with strong communication at technical and management levels
• Program management and high organisational skills
• ITIL and PMP certifications are desired

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of networking, Synergy, HP-UX, UNIX, Linux, storage, storage networks, Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Windows
• Expert-level Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
