Managing Director – Real Estate Investments (Spain)

About the role

Young Real Estate Investments, a subsidiary of Young.com, is establishing a local office in the Denia‑Orba‑Marina Alta region of Spain. We are looking for an energetic, commercially driven Managing Director to lead the acquisition and operation of our residential real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of on‑market and off‑market investment opportunities.
• Develop relationships with local estate agents, property owners, lawyers, notaries, banks, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Visit properties, assess commercial potential and prepare concise investment proposals.
• Negotiate purchase prices and commercial terms.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities with legal, technical and financial advisers.
• Support transactions from initial introduction through signing and completion.
• Help establish and manage the local presence of Young Real Estate Investments in the Marina Alta region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate investment, acquisition or portfolio management.
• Strong network and ability to generate approximately ten high‑quality acquisition opportunities per week.
• Comfortable working continuously in the field, building relationships and visiting properties.
• Commercially driven, action‑oriented and able to operate autonomously.
