Managing Director – Spain Operations

About the role

Kaizen Gaming, a leading GameTech company operating in 20 markets, is seeking a dynamic Managing Director for its Spanish entity. Based in Ceuta, you will be accountable for the commercial success, operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of the online gaming and sportsbook platform in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Spanish P&L, drive quarterly forecasting, and defend financial performance to the Executive Team and Board.
• Serve as an appointed Board Member for the Spanish entity, contributing to governance, strategic decision‑making, and regulatory oversight.
• Continuously improve internal workflows, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and manage an on‑site team covering marketing, compliance, operations, and customer support, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Build and maintain a strong corporate presence in Ceuta, ensuring alignment with regional hub requirements.
• Develop and execute localized commercial and marketing strategies to grow market share.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience in the online gaming, sportsbook, or related digital entertainment sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Experience serving on a Board or senior governance body.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive cultural excellence.
• Deep understanding of Spanish regulatory environment for gaming.
