Manual QA Engineer (Web, CRM)

About the role

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality of web applications and internal CRM systems. The role involves testing customer‑facing platforms, email campaigns, and push‑notification workflows while collaborating closely with product managers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, usability, and UI/UX tests across web and CRM applications.
• Validate API functionality using tools such as Postman or Swagger with both positive and negative test cases.
• Investigate logs, network activity, and console errors using browser developer tools.
• Document, prioritize, and communicate defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Participate in sprint planning, risk assessment, and quality discussions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve testing processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of manual QA experience on web‑based applications.
• Experience testing CRM platforms, email marketing campaigns, and customer communication workflows.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and test design techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Proficiency in creating test cases, test plans, and bug reports using Jira or similar tools.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, BigQuery, or DataGrip.
• Basic knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD concepts (e.g., GitLab).
