Marketing & Brand Trainee – Barcelona

About the role

Join a global leader in premium consumer electronics as a Marketing & Brand Trainee in Barcelona. You will be fully integrated into a multi‑brand ecosystem, supporting iconic brands such as De'Longhi, Braun, Kenwood and Nutribullet while gaining hands‑on ownership of real marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand Managers to develop and fine‑tune local promotional roadmaps for four group brands.
• Participate in the creation, audit and distribution of permanent and tactical Point‑of‑Sale (POS) communication materials.
• Monitor live market promotions, audit implementation across retail channels and compile performance metrics.
• Film, edit and produce video content for internal activations and digital marketing campaigns.
• Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and creative agencies, managing workflows, asset delivery and feedback loops.
• Assist in building visual product launch decks, retail pitches and strategic market reports for senior executives.
• Review, translate and polish localized copy for brand materials originating from global headquarters.
• Support the execution and logistics of high‑profile product launches, trade events and local brand activations.
• Take ownership of the marketing warehouse stock, ensuring optimal allocation of materials to retail spaces.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a University Degree or Master’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects in marketing or communication are valued.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and strong curiosity about the marketing field.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, documents and deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail and an interest in design and visual communication.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with agencies, internal teams and other departments.
