About the role

Join Dost, a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up, to lead the transition from startup improvisation to disciplined, data‑driven growth. You will own the core acquisition engines that feed a predictable pipeline for our AI‑powered accounts‑payable platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO and GEO performance, optimise website structure and content for search and AI answer engines.
• Develop and execute paid digital campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and other B2B channels, managing budgets and measuring ROI.
• Track and report core growth metrics such as rankings, organic traffic, branded search and MQL volume.
• Collaborate with the Content Specialist on editorial calendar and SEO strategy.
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnership and event opportunities that generate pipeline.

Required profile

• System‑thinking mindset focused on compounding growth rather than isolated campaigns.
• Comfortable taking full ownership of SEO/GEO and paid acquisition while working autonomously.
• Data‑driven decision maker who validates instincts with numbers.
• Enjoys turning brand and content initiatives into measurable pipeline.
