Marketing Intelligence Lead

About the role

The Marketing Intelligence Lead drives strategic consultancy by linking campaign execution with data‑driven insights. You will map the full consumer journey across digital and traditional channels and turn complex data into boardroom‑ready narratives that demonstrate total marketing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic research & analytics: blend digital performance data with offline market research, monitor cultural trends and platform algorithms, and proactively optimise campaigns.
• Data translation & storytelling: convert raw omnichannel spreadsheets into compelling narratives and equip Account Executives with data‑backed strategies for client pitches.
• Cross‑departmental integration: work with Tech to define metrics for MarTech dashboards and collaborate with Creative Directors to ground ideation in consumer psychology.
• Client interaction & consultancy: present consumer insights in high‑level client meetings, justify marketing spend, and lead the rollout of packaged consultancy frameworks for top‑tier accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Market Research, Consumer Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7‑10 years of experience in market research, data strategy or marketing intelligence within a full‑service or digital agency.
• Proven track record of translating complex data sets into high‑ROI marketing campaigns and executive presentations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for non‑technical stakeholders.
