Marketing Lead

About the role

Harley‑Davidson is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive the conception, development, and execution of marketing activities across the EMEA CHIPS markets (Switzerland, Italy, Portugal & Spain). The role will shape brand perception, support dealer networks, and deliver localized campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own marketing plans, campaigns, and localized assets across paid, social, earned, and email channels.
• Lead the organization and execution of marketing events for trade, community, and consumer audiences.
• Create and distribute dealer marketing plans and assets.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, tracking key metrics and ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with the dealer network and field sales team to maximize impact.

Required profile

• Significant experience creating and activating successful marketing campaigns across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of a digital‑first, omnichannel approach to reach diverse consumer types.
• Ability to work in an inclusive, collaborative environment.
