Marketing Operations & HubSpot Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Operations & HubSpot Specialist to design, execute and optimise demand‑generation campaigns for a global technology leader. The role is contract‑based, hybrid (three days onsite in Barcelona) and focused on the technical side of B2B marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars and content syndication.
• Build and manage campaign workflows, email automation and lead‑nurture programmes in HubSpot.
• Support lead‑nurturing and audience segmentation activities.
• Ensure seamless lead management and data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs and pipeline impact.
• Maintain clean CRM data and accurate campaign attribution.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting digital marketing, demand generation or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Comfortable working with campaign data, reporting and performance tracking.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and strong on operational execution.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B technology marketing is a plus.
