About the role

Join Ferrero’s dynamic marketing team in Barcelona as a Marketing Trainee. This internship offers you the chance to work on real campaigns, analyse market data, and support the launch of new products across Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Analyse sales and performance data using tools such as Nielsen and SAP.
• Support the creation and coordination of social‑media content aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with external agencies to implement digital marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to brand management projects and product launch activities.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proactive, curious, motivated and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
