Marketing Trainee Internship

About the role

Join Ferrero’s dynamic marketing team in Barcelona as a Marketing Trainee. This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting the creation and execution of campaigns for iconic FMCG brands across Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and rollout of marketing campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives.
• Analyze sales and performance data using tools such as Nielsen and SAP.
• Support brand management projects and the launch of new products.
• Coordinate social‑media content to align with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with external agencies and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, curious, analytical and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
