Mass Production Buyer

About the role

The Mass Production Buyer reports directly to the Plant Manager and the Division Purchasing Manager. The role is responsible for managing all purchasing activities for the site, ensuring that goods and services are sourced according to the Group’s procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute purchasing for assigned product families, adhering to quality, cost, delivery, and payment criteria.
• Select, evaluate, and maintain a reliable panel of suppliers that meet the site’s needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, supporting contract implementation.
• Collaborate closely with local stakeholders to align purchasing actions with operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing processes, ethical standards, and corporate policies.
• Consolidate needs across the activity, division, or group and optimize purchasing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing site‑level purchasing activities.
• Ability to evaluate suppliers and negotiate favorable quality, cost, delivery, and payment conditions.
• Strong understanding of procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
