Material Support Management MRO – Temporary Position

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Material Support Management professional to join its MRO team in San Pablo (Sevilla). This temporary position will support the delivery of materials for the A400M programme, acting as a bridge between the Material Support organisation and multiple internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate material delivery to meet A400M contractual commitments (on time, on quality, on cost).
• Liaise with Programs, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, MRO and local teams or subsidiaries.
• Serve as the primary contact for the programme office, ensuring alignment with company commitments.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline.
• High adaptability to new topics and business environments.
• Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
